Author Guidelines

Author Guidelines – New World Publisher (NWP)

Authors are encouraged to submit manuscripts to the New World Publisher (NWP) journal. All submissions undergo an initial editorial assessment to verify their alignment with the journal’s aims and scope. Submissions that meet the criteria will be forwarded for peer review, after which the final decision of acceptance or rejection will be made.

Prior to submission, authors must ensure they have obtained all necessary permissions to publish materials, including images, documents, and datasets. All listed authors must provide consent to be identified as contributors. Additionally, where applicable, research involving human or animal subjects must be approved by an appropriate ethics committee in line with the legal requirements of the study's country.

Submissions that do not meet the required standards of quality may be desk-rejected by the editor. Authors should ensure that their research design and argumentation are clear and well-structured. The title should be concise, and the abstract must effectively summarize the study's objectives and findings, as this helps to engage potential reviewers.

When confident that your submission meets the outlined standards, please refer to the checklist provided in the Author Guidelines to properly format and prepare your manuscript for submission.

Submission Preparation Checklist

Author Guidelines – New World Publisher (NWP)

The institution is not currently accepting or reviewing any academic research papers or manuscripts.

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

Research Articles
Research articles should present original, well-substantiated findings from a research study. Manuscripts must include a thorough description of the research process and an in-depth analysis of the results. The maximum length for research articles is 20 printed pages. However, in cases where the content justifies additional length, the final decision regarding publication will be made by the editor. Research articles should be structured as follows:

  • Abstract
  • Keywords
  • Introduction
  • Materials and Methods
  • Results (including Tables and/or Figures)
  • Discussion
  • Conclusion
  • Acknowledgments
  • References (Vancouver referencing style)
  • Appendices (if applicable)
  • Abbreviations (if applicable)

Review and Mini-Review Articles
Review articles should not exceed 25 printed pages and should provide an extensive analysis of relevant literature. In instances where the page limit is surpassed, the editor will decide based on the importance and depth of the content. Review articles should be authored by experts with substantial knowledge in the field. While the structure of review articles typically follows the format of research papers, sections such as Materials and Methods or Results and Discussion are optional. An abstract and introduction, however, are mandatory.

Short Communications
Short communications are concise reports that convey significant and original research requiring swift dissemination. These articles should focus on timely or trending topics, or introduce new findings expected to have a considerable impact on ongoing issues. Short communications should be especially relevant and influential within their field.

Case Reports
Case reports should highlight novel, unique, or rare cases that pose significant diagnostic or therapeutic challenges. The goal is to provide valuable insights or learning opportunities for the journal's readership.

Letters to the Editor
Letters to the editor should provide concise, well-reasoned observations, ideally in response to articles published within the journal. These letters should not present preliminary findings that require further validation in a full research article.

Manuscript Formatting Requirements:

  • Language: English
  • Font: Times New Roman
  • Line Spacing: 1.5
  • Paper Size: A4 (8.5" × 11")
  • Margins: 1 inch on all sides
  • Title: Bold, uppercase, font size 14
  • Main Headings: Bold, uppercase, font size 12
